Folks I'm wondering if you can tell me how this possibly happened. Please look at the reverse and above the state and motto there is a weird ghosting to it.

A deep corner on a coin would make a raised corner on a die. So if the die experienced any polishing on that area, the fresh edge on the die maybe reduced. This reduction, would weaken the area that you are looking at. So while it is a die issue, its not a doubled die. Just a die polishing issue. No premium. But knowing why it caught your eye..... priceless.
