I've been stocking up on inexpensive moderns lately. This one's a bit weakly struck, but nevertheless still a pretty example for the type set. And most importantly, it's silver. Graded MS-65 by NGC.

Nice, but if I was going to buy a 54-s Quarter in MS-65 I would want it to be full of mint luster .

Doesn't look 65 to me either and has no eye appeal.

Strange. That doesn't look like a 65 to me. It has very low eye appeal.

Pics of the slab, please!

More photos please. That does not look like an MS65 as others have mentioned.

Here are some pictures of the slab from the original listing. The seller's pictures show the luster on the coin a little better than my own.

Haha, I didn't realize how lousy my original pictures made the coin look until everyone commented! But in hand it's quite attractive, with the only deficiency being the fuzziness of the strike. That seems to be a common problem with the Washington quarter series, from what I've seen.

Next time I ought to improve the lighting situation when taking coin pictures, instead of just setting up my camera in the middle of my dimly lit room. Hopefully that will make things look a bit nicer.

This shows how photos of coins makes it very difficult to know the grade or eye appeal on many occasions.

Your quarter is lovely.
