No, its kind of beat up alright but neat note just the same, I have a habit of checking all my change and notes its just interesting

Edit: You mention three digit repeater does that mean the first 8 is a separate digit being out of sequence from the others?

ABAABAA format where A's are the 8's and B's are the 6's

It in not a three digit radar it is a three digit cycle repeater

It also has no value above face in the condition it is in
It is a spender
