1969 S LMC I Need Help Identifying

I found this coin with these two small lines on the bottom of Lincolns coat. Has anyone seen this type of error on a 1969 S LMC. I know I've seen a coin with a mint mark error that resembles this one, but I can't remember which one it was. I'm not saying I think this a mintmark error, I just don't know what it is and wanted to see if anyone else did.

Just a couple of die gouges. Unusual on that area. But it happens.
