So I was weighing my 1974's and half of them weighed somewhere between 3.12-3.19 and the other half 3.6-3.10...which all kinda fall within normal copper weights right? Well one those suckers weighed 2.99grams, no mistake...another weighed 3.03 and yet another weighed 3.24 which I also found odd but not add as the 2.99. Anyways, you all know more then I...please share your wisdom. Thank you.

ANNNDDD, mint tolerances are GUIDELINES, not strict laws. When's the last time a mint employee was prosecuted for tolerance abuse?

That Lincoln Cent is a little bit underweight, but it's still within U.S. Mint tolerance. No added value here since it's still within the tolerance range
