Appears to be a Skull Die Crack and a Rim Error on the Obverse? What type of Rim Error would this be considered as? Any thoughts? Thanks.

It would be etheir a Rim Fin or a Rim Cud. Can't say for sure though.

I like the die crack--very distinct. Maybe it is just me, but the folded over rim fins or Cuds are so small that they hardly seem worth mentioning?

It is a massive over-pressure strike causing rim finning on multiple sides. That "notch?" on the fin is a coin contact most likely. The obverse is VVLDS (extra very) very late die state, see the deterioration rim and tiny, thin letters(tops) is sign of a lot of polishing.

The crack in skull is a Spike Head. Looks like a SKH-008.
