struck in c though it weighs 2.8-2.9g and appears to be severely doubled the year is not clear and liberty in god we trust are illegible the first because of doubling the motto lost to the edge

Nope, not struck on a Dime Planchet. This is a Dryer Coin. Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). All the credit goes to Cascade and Coop. Worth face value since it's damage. Need-Help-Identifying-What-Appears-To-Be-1958-LWC-Struck-On-Dime-Planchet

If it was struck on a a dime planchet, it should weight what a dime would be and be the same color as a dime should be and missing devices over the edge. But I'm not seeing any of that on your coin.
