1970 S Large Date Lincoln Cent - Is This A Double Die Error?

I found this coin today in my pocket change. I keep all coins minted in SF. I was putting this one in a holder when I noticed that it looked like it had some doubling on the obverse. I turned the coin over and I think that I am also seeing doubling on the reverse. Any opinions?

I can't tell, since they're very blurry. If you can get clearer in focus pictures, that would be great.
