I known there is not much left of this one, but any help with country, date or denomination is greatly appreciated. The coin is silver or billon approximately 19mm and 0.8g.

I mean, its condition could certainly be much worse!

Try a 1 sesino piece from the Duchy of Urbino (an Italian state). It is a dateless type, but is listed as being made from 1574 to 1624 (and also being made of copper). Without being able to clearly see a lot of the details from the pictures to confirm it, it may be best to compare the coins in-hand before calling it an exact match. More details may be revealed that way.
