(Not that I could find a good match for Scotland either. Some very similar types yet, actual match no.) EDIT: no, probably not Scotland, this coin's lion has a sword in his paw, and I don't think the Scottish one does. My current guess is Spanish Netherlands. The Lion with it's sword in one hand and arrows in the other looks to me to be Dutch. As previously mentioned, Spanish Netherlands seem to me to be a logical origin, but I could not find a match.
