1969-S (Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC ) Doubled Nose? Is This An Error?

Crazyb0 Rest in Peace 10197 Posts	Posted 05/30/2018 12:41 pm It's more of Die Deterioration than strike movement, although there is some slight easterly movement. Deterioration moves the die metal and detailas towards the closest rim. It also makes the edges of the details mushy on the face of the die, remember the field of the coin is the surface of a die, those edges "round-off".
