I dunno. It kinda looks like it goes inwards because of the photo. You would need to upload more photos so we can know what to do because the angle you took it from isn't the best

Both. MD in NW direction, has that shelf-like appearance. Deterioration in the SE towards the rim with metal flow. Note the different effect. Deterioration is more rounded at the field level plus notice the die flow in the fields(lines).

My directions/are looking at the mintmark straight up.

Machine doubled. The lines you are seeing on the affected areas are call striation lines. These lines are part of the metal edge rubbing against each other. Kind of like if you took a sharp knife and slid the edge across soft butter, you would see the striation lines of the edge of that knife. You can see these often on MD:

It has Machine Doubling on the mint mark since it's reduced in size and is shelflike in appearance.
