Hey guys, this is a subtle one I had it in my questionable jar and I'm finally going through them. I kept a couple and threw a lot back. On the obverse IGWT is displaying symptoms of vlds so it could be a new state. The only marker I can find is a large die dent in the first bay. This is also on the CDO#2 but I don't see any separation on the date like the 02. What do y'all think?

There's definitely md on the date but still thicker than normal that year. The B and E of LIBERTY are distorted and the right part of the Y is thicker.
