i have a kennedy bicentenial denver mint and noticed the reverse looking like a DDR. can someone please help me with this find.

The A & M in your first picture are MD ( Machine Doubling), not really DDR and no extra value. See how the devices are reduced in size, and that area is flat and shelf-like.

It's Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die. Note that the devices are reduced in size and is shelflike in appearance? That's because it happened during the strike. The die damaged the coin by bouncing a little during the strike. A real Doubled Die actually happens during the die making process. Here's a good read for you. http://doubleddie.com/58222.html
