Indo-Parthian AE drachm, probably of Gondophares, 1st century AD.

A clearer photo would help. The king's name is pretty well gone but the control marks left and right of Athena on the reverse may be attributable to Gondophares (Cribb, Coin Hoards VII, p. 283-286, types 5-9).
