Found this nickel and it's kinda cool. It's not environment damage it's to smooth but I got no idea

Could be chemical exposure rather than environmental. Maybe bleach?

Yeah it weird it so smooth and there is no areas where it is not black. It looks so perfect. I'm sure it's not special just wanted to share
