Is this the results of an over polished die and the quality control man was on vacation the day these were minted? Report this Post to the Staff

With over polished die details will be lost.The devices on this coin are struck sharply, but there are evidence of a Die Deterioration coupled with wear and tear and damage. for example the #6 of the date looks like it took a hit,#9 is flattened Report this Post to the Staff
