There are some big scratches, looks like a bear claw got it. What grade would you give this coin?

I see a partial, don't count. It isn't the polished out ne that matters, the one with it missing on the die.

There is also some :ghosting" of a G where a clear G is normally positioned.

As Coop said, yours is one where they polished the dies enough to obliterate, partially, the FG.

As to a grade, the pics you posted make it look damaged enough to have no numismatic value IMO.

Your coin has an Over Polished Die issue from trying to remove a Die Clash. ALthough, you can still see the "FG" initials still.
