Possibly a tiny die chip, although a die crack looks more likely. Unfortunately, neither increases the value, although it is worth saving as an example.
From your photo, it looks like MD ( Machine Doubling) on the date. But I can't tell if the "die crack" on the date is incuse or raised. The area in question would have to be raised for it to be an issue with the die. Otherwise it's just PMD.
Probably a contact mark. The devices are incuse, so that area of the die world be thicker, so less able to crack there. I'm on my tablet and will be able to see it later on.
