The answer is no, it's not. I see Post Strike Damage on the letters. Do you even look at the resources we give you? If you don't, than you should.

When the devices are the same shape as normal, but altered it is either MD or coin damage. They should be wider/thicker/taller:

They are. The words GOD and TRUST are very bold, you can see that they look different without magnification. I will take a couple more pics.

The IN and WE are often flattened from circulation issues. Not a doubled die. If it were a doubled die, all the devices would be affected on that area, not just the ones on the outside edge of the coin.
