MD looks more shelf-like than this does. Your pic is a bit too blurry to tell for sure, but maybe there is an RPM to the East that is partly obscured by split plating? The MM is in the wrong spot though for either RPM currently listed on varietyvista. I'm interested to see what others think on this one.

It is a split plating issue. When the coin was struck the plating was pierced and air got to the zinc under the plating and it is down hill from there. Not a good thing:
