Hi!

Put this cent on acetone to see if grease fell off but reamined mostly the same. Paying more attention realized that lettering ONE CENT present double die on bottom... not Machine Doubling... any suggestions please?

I think I can see it, but better (larger) pictures of the area would be helpful.

However, even if it is a DDR, in that condition it's not worth trying to remove the crud from it.

Even if it were removed, it wouldn't be worth too much over face as it's not one of the BIG doubled dies.

As the quarter example of Machine Doubling guess this is the same South Device Doubling... txs for teaching :D but what about the extra die on the middle of 4th space to the right inside the building?

That is MD on that one. The single squeeze dies (after 1995) have most of the hub doubling more towards the center of the die. Thus you see a lot of bar cents starting at that time. The outer devices are usually not affected like the class 2 doubled dies in the past. The only time that the outer devices are affect like the muti-hubbed dies is when they restart the hubbing process. (which seldom happens) then you have a die like the one that struck this coin:

I had to paste the images on to a proof coin to show what they look like. All the rest of the States obverses just show doubled dies on the earlobes. (center of the die areas)
