Nope,Just a damaged circulation coin. There was a time when certain MM's didn't appear on coins.

Worth 10 cents. No P mint marks were always the case for many dime (and other denominations) for a very long time.

Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). You can see the pushed and flattened metal on your coin. Worth face value.
