Does the 2nd one have hairlines from an old cleaning? Honest question.

I was thinking the same thing balogna1. I was scrolling down expecting to see someone say that it had been cleaned.

I thought the 2nd coin showed signs of die polishing lines rather than cleaning. Wouldn't be the first time I was wrong.

The 1859 looks very nice and MS63 or even 64 possibly.

The 1860 piece is not well imaged could be a proof. Probably a 62.

62 on the '59 and just no confidence about the '60 - instinctively I want to call it a details coin.

1859 = Technical Grade 62. Eye Appeal 7/10.
1860 = Technical Grade 63. Eye Appeal 4/10.

1860 looks like late die polishing marks rather than cleaning. Typical of date and SLQ from those mid-level higher mintage dates.
