I've been searching for proof cent doubled dies (mostly 1961-1964). Recently, I went through 150 1961 proof cents and found several examples of DDR-008. Strongest doubling on "one cent" http://varietyvista.com/01b%20LC%20...1PDDR008.htm

Looks correct. Your coin is a later die state than the one on V.V.
