Hey all! I came across another questionable coin as I was going through what I have in the house. This is a 1974 D Kennedy. Please look at the photo's below and pay close attention to the Eagles left talon (your right) and the bundle of arrows. In between the wing edge and bundle of arrows seems to be an impression of arrows. Can someone explain this please.

Thanks in advance!

I'm guessing die gouges from polishing. Dumb luck prob made them intersect in that exact spot and they look like arrows. You can see plenty of more scratches just above those
