The 1999 penny is slightly bigger then other pennys, but weighs less 2.46 gm's?

Not sure if the 1953 is a die crack or just damage?
Thanks again.

The first one is Post Strike Damage with Zinc Rot setting in. The second one looks like a Die Chip to me, but I could be wrong.

@cldague, your '99 cent might be a so-called Texas Cent, where the coin is placed between two straps of leather and then pounded until it enlarges. In addition to being slightly larger in diameter, it should also be slightly thinner.

First is a zinc cent, proper weight. Second is diechip on stalk and associated die crack.
