This coin isn't in the best of condition but it does look like there are 2 mint marks. It is hard to photo. Thank you for looking and I appreciate any replies.

I did try to adjust the lighting so as to make it more visible.

Sorry, I don't see the OMM and the D is not in the correct position for it to be that. As a side note, if it were D/S it would not be an "error", it would be a "variety" because every coin that die struck would show the same over-mintmark (OMM).

In the first pic,It appears that there is a raised anomaly from the top middle of the D that runs west by north. It doesn't look like a die chip to me. I don't know what it is. Try another pic at a lower angle so we can see it clearer.

I do see that weird anomaly on the top middle of the mint mark, but we'll need better pictures to tell what it is.

Thank you everyone for your time and experience. I do appreciate the education. I took a few more photos at different angles.(stuffing my camera with gause really did help eliminate glare!) Hope you can see it better.

Remnants of a die clash? Can we see the entire coin? I also thought it looked like maybe a lamination issue to the right of his head

The OMM is more rounded:

The mint mark on yours is in the wrong location to be the D/S OMM. Your mint mark is too far north.

Thank you everyone. I am still unable to photo an entire coin and keep it in focus. If I use my phone I can but the quality is horrible.

When taking images and you are tying to focus try this. Get the fields clear. Then the whole image will be clearer. When you focus on the tops, then the image look blurry.
