@heredia1, first welcome to CCF and I'm glad you finally posted something. It is a little hard to tell from your pics, but I am virtually positive that what looks like a letter P above the mintmark was not part of the minting process. More likely just a little bit of damage that looks like that letter.

Coins after 1990 do not have RPMs as the mint mark is part of the design. So no more RPMs or over mint marks. If they are doubled after that, they are doubled dies, unless like your coin, it is die deterioration-die wear or coin contact issue. So far the 1995-D cent DDO-003 is the only on I know of that was the case.

To CCF! With Coop. RPM'S stopped in 1990. The year 1989 was the last year that the U.S. Mint hand punched mint marks.
