it's too hard to tell even with the magnifying glass but it appears to me to be a Wide AM any thoughts

Normal Close AM. The only example found on the 1996 Wide AM is questionable. I've not seen another since then. The original was reported as stolen. But suspicion is it may have been created by putting two coins together. If it were a real coin others would turn up. It been years now and none have appeared.
