1995 P Jefferson PMD And Questionable Clip

southsav Pillar of the Community 2224 Posts	Posted 06/10/2018 10:12 am This is obviously a whole lot of PMD. My question is, 'Was there a clip before the PMD?' I don't know much about clips and from what I've read on CCF, etc, the extensive PMD is interfereing with my ability to determine this. Thanks for your opinions: Report this Post to the Staff
