Hi everyone sorry if I'm posting in the wrong area.

I was given these coins by an uncle of mine about ten years ago (I'm twenty now) and I am wondering what are they worth.

Also the Penny and Half-Penny with Edward VII on the back (I'm assuming they are British) what is the figure or person on the front of the coins.

Thankyou.

EDIT: I also have 1927 Florin Minted (I assume) for the opening of Parliament house by the Duke of York but can't get a good scan because it is in a plastic case.

Welcome to the CCF...

You are in the right place to seek an answer to your question.

Firstly, the last two coins are UK coins circa Edward VII. I know very little of UK coins so you may have to raise it in the UK Forum.

As for the Aussie ones, they are all well circulated ones and are not going to realise for you real money beyond a few dollars.....sorry.

I would suggest keeping them and use them as a foundation towards the building of a collection.

Hi and Welcome to the Forum,

I agree with Lim a great foundation for a nice collection.

The British coins hold the famous Britannia on the front then the king on the reverse.

I hope you enjoy your stay here.
