to the CCF.

Both are damaged coins where issues occurred somehow post-mint. We refer to them as PMD (post mint damage).

Worth face value each.

To CCF! They're both heavily damaged. It's Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint). They're both worth face value.

The answer to your question is: They are worth 25 cents each . Damage looks intentional by someone doing all of them .
