I found this searching bank rolls,can anyone help identify this error?I am thinking die cap error?

I'm not seeing anything that resembles a capped die - what specifically do you see?

It looks like a ghosting affect which is very common on cents from th 80's. I believe that is what you are seeing.

Not a Struck Through a Capped Die error. It's Die Deterioration (die wear) from a worn die. I also see Die Deterioration Doubling as well. In truth,I hadn't even considered the doubling aspect of the coin,I was focusing on the fact that the obverse side has an obvious bow that appears as if a smaller coin or object was struck across it's face while the reverse side seems to bulge outward,a metal straightedge lain across the face will rest on the edges of the coin leaving fairly large space through the center,the opposite is true of the reverse,where the straight edge is unable to touch rim to rim because of the outward bulge,
