It is Magnetic. That's how I found it in a box of bank rolls. What's the value today? The most I could find it at was $20. Fun Find.

As mentioned, it depends highly upon condition. Since yours is in poor shape overall, I wouldn't expect much over face value. However, they are an interesting piece of history and don't pop up that often in circulation, so it's a nice find even if there's no real value.
