I am not fully sure about this so I hope anyone has any idea about it. I am sure it is just a die error and not a actual doubling affect to the whole penny. Sorry for all the photos I just wanted to get the front and back covered. (I don't have a normal camera anymore; sorry for them being zoomed in like this)

Also, I have a solid question about the currency system for banks real fast. When banks receive coins are they sent from the mint in DC or are they sent from the place they are died? Sorry if I asked that wrong English= Bad.

I am not seeing a DDO or a DDR. Looks like a worn die issue.

Coins are minted not died. Coins are minted in San Francisco-Philadelphia-Denver and sometimes West Point. Then they are shipped to Armour car companies who roll them and then distribute them to banks and credit unions.
