I don't understand what's going on with this cent. It has a raised rim on the reverse left side. I also don't know what is going on with lettering above the building some of the lettering is barley visible. The lines going from east to west on Lincoln's body got me confused to. I dont believe its PMD but I could be wrong. Thank you to anyone that helps us rookies along our path.

Looks like it was used to set up the correct pressure on one of the coin elongating machines.
