This penny seems a little bigger than a normal penny unique error design

They're both Post Strike Damage (happened after it left the U.S. Mint) and not an error.

Looks like a template was put over the coin or even glued and then dipped into acid. Then the template was removed the protected areas were not affected by the acid.

Just 230 until 30,000 will be hit.
