Hello everyone. I am assuming this is PMD, but it had to be hit just right....that why I am questioning it.
Could it possibly be a DDO? The appearance of the word GOD is what has my attention. Any comment is deeply appreciated. Thank you and have a great day/night.

I am sorry that I cannot get an image of the full coin. I'm literally so broke I cant get a new camera right now.

Thank you Copper. Is the shape of the G in GOD normal for this year? I appreciate your time.

I've been looking up information on this. I know on the 1964 cents they enhanced that area but it may have been later in the runs for that year:
Has-Anyone-Seen-This-Kind-Of-Damage-PMD?-On-A-1957-D-Penny?--DDO?
But nothing else on that year. It maybe an over polishing issue. But not a die variety. Are other areas weaker on that area? The die clash happens more on the neck area for the wheat design cents.

So over polishing is probably the cause. Thus it was not a die creation issue, or a die breakdown issue but a die abrasion issue. So it is a die alteration.

If you are looking on the lower corner, that is just a contact mark. The advantage of using a tablet is the ability to zoom in on areas quickly and easily. But usually if just one area is affected it is usually damage.

Not a Doubled Die Obverse. It's a normal coin.
