1987 D DDR Jefferson Nickel I Think , Help ?

it has been a while since I was last on here trying to learn as much as possible you folks on here have been very helpful , and I do appreciate it . I ha a jeff nickel looks like doubling on reverse some letters seem to go right into the raised edge . it looks like most of the reverse has doubling and it almost has full steps , the coin looks to me as being in very good condition . but I'm more interested to here what you guys think , I do look forward to hear what you think .

John: when you look at the fields of the coin you see the distortion there? As you mentioned the devices are touching the rims. Note the tops of the letters ST on States: do you see the shadow on the inside edge of those devices? That is sign of a very worn die.
Did you not the O on Monticello? That is Machine Doubling. So you are having MD and an extremely worn die. But I don't see any evidence of hub doubling. Sorry
