Recently I got a bag of pennies from my friend and he keep it in his garage about 20 years. He gave to me and I have check it date from 1959 through 1991 and many of them like never been circulated. I have not check the variety and errors on these coin yet and I believe about 1000+ of them..There is any value to keep those UC and AU ? Or just send back to Coinstar. Thanks for all your opinion.

All BU coins will have demand especially from those years. Put them into full rolls and see if the coin shops want them. Before you do sell them, look at the prices on ebay to get an idea if they are giving you enough for them. Any scratched ones, you can send to a coin start. But take you time with these. If they are gem BU they often sell these at a coin store for 25 cents each of the are very nice. Know what you are looking for as a disqualifying mark. But search for for varieties. If you think a circulated variety coin is a premium, imagine one that is BU? So take you time with these. I had a similar experience once. Someone I knew know to get rid of a huge plastic bottle of his fathers collection. It took him years to accumulate them. There was almost $100 Worth of cents in that bottle. I found many BU coins (not varieties) but I did find one 2004 DDR. Worth then in the $65 range. So I enjoyed that time searching and rolling the duds and rolling the BU coins for storage.

I agree with Coop. Search them very carefully for everything, including varieties and errors. Save the nice BU ones and dump the scratched up ones. The most important thing when you do this, is to make sure you wear gloves, so no fingerprints will get left behind and stains the coin permanently.
