Well good day to all. As I continue to struggle with whether or not some figures are doubled or thickened in the minting process, here I go again. Anyone see anything on this coin that indicateds MD or doubling. They look thicker than other same date coins but just not sure. Thanks as always for any help. Rich

Looks like Die Deterioration is setting in from a worn die.

The rim is missing. So I'm think the coin was hammer between two pieces of leather. Not enough to make it larger, just enough to flatten down the devices and the rim.
