Good morning, I need some help how to distinguish obverse 1a from obverse 1 on large cents. Does someone have clear pictures with markers to identify the 1a?

P.S. I do not have the coins in hand.

An Obverse 1a has a rounded, fat neck truncation (the truncation is where the neck design comes to a point above the beads over Canada)and there is a visible space between the point and the bead. An Obverse 1 comes to a sharp point, rather than rounded and touches or almost touches the bead above the "C". There are some minor differences in the Monarch, but they can only be seen clearly in XF or above coins. Just look for the neck truncation.

Here are the regular (non-hybrid) obverses.
