I think it is a very minor inking error and not worth anything over face value. If it were mine I would spend it.

Others may have a different opinion.

I've found these errors do not carry any premium, unless serious over-inking. It's a spender, or keeper if you enjoy it. Good luck in your search!

Interesting, but probably not worth anything more than a curiosity. However, I might be tempted to keep it, being only one dollar.
