I think this 1951-D LWC is a broad strike. What do the pros think?

Nope, not a Broadstrike. It's some type of Post Strike Damage. Maybe it was removed from a horseshoe lucky coin holder?

That was what I was thinking also. Some types of this will have what looks like reeds on the holder but rarely.
If you have a coin in one of those holders, leave it there. If the coin is removed, then you just have a damaged coin. In the holders they will be worth something.
