I've trawled the advice regarding differentiating if this is a SB coin; the 'I' is in line with a bead; there are 10 beads between the 'I' and the 'A' of REGINA. Would any experts out there please pass on their wisdom. (Coin is sealed in glass)

I would say large bead, with small bead you would be able to fit another bead between the beads.
