I'm certainly no expert on these but I'd have to say it's an Obverse 2.
If you look at the truncation on the obverse 1 it points directly at the tip of the "C" in Canada where on the obverse 2 it points just below the tip.
Also look to the chin jowls the Obverse 1 is smooth and rounded where the Obverse 2 is much less rounded with a small indent.
Just my opinion I hope the more knowledgeable chip in.

Broken 2nd I in VICTORIA...

one of MANY varieties of the 1881H date...

Another is Broken Is in Legend (where all the Is are broken)...
