I found this coin roll hunting it appears to me, to have a lot of doubling on on the reverse. I picked out a few pictures that hopefully show up the best, it's hard to get good photos with this camera phone. The coin is kind of edgy, it has been well circulated, but let me know what you think.

Not a DDR. Plating issue and circulation wear is my guess.

I do think it has some plating issues with it but, there's two sets of yellow dye. And the e in America for example has a dye line where there shouldn't be one thats very noticeable. I know these pictures are not great but here's a couple more. The S to me looks noticeable, and if you look at the bottom of the a and the t you can see two sets dots.

We they mentioned plating issues, they didn't explain what happened. On strong strikes, the plating can be split. Allowing the zinc underneath to react. It get oxygen a d rises above the fields. Kind of like when salt gets in auto steel body panels back east in the wintertime. Nothing happens at first. But eventually the metal starts reacting to the salt on the vehicle. It distorts from the inside, underneath the paint. This happens with zinc coins getting air when the plating is split it reacts. Not in a good way. This is what happened on your coin. During the strike the plating was split. In time it will all go away. So if is a spendable coin now. Hope this helps.

I can kinda understand what you're saying but for example with this you in United the lines in the inside are higher than the ones on the outside and,the e in America doesn't look distorted it look like it was dyed on the top and got chipped but the line down below looks solid where it shouldn't be, to me anyway I'm just trying to learn something new today I appreciate your guy's help.
