More of a extreme die wear issue. But as John mentioned, not a doubled die. But at least you noticed the enlarging of the device. More of an end result to the die. A doubled die starts off showing wide devices. But I see progress in you. We don't see this extreme VLDS quarters that often. Keep looking. Check out variety Vista for doubling on quarters. Knowing where to look helps a lot better. What areas most often affected. On the 96 forward quarters, the areas change a lot different because of the single squeeze process.
