Was doing my regular pocket emptying routine a couple nights ago and this guy caught my attention.. Whats up sith the extra lettes after th "JF" on Washington's collar? I havent seen that before and does be also have 2 eyes here? Any opinions welcome. Please and thanks

That's normal for State Quarters. Those are the initials of the two designers.

Coop, it's not Jamie Franki.

It's John Flanagan and William Cousins.

@magwa76, with regard to the potential doubling on Washington's eye, I can't tell from your pic whether it is just a well-placed hit (most likely explanation), a small die chip (second most likely explanation), or something else. Any chance of you posting a close-up shot of just this area? Thx.

Just going by what was on the list. Did seem right, but the initials matched the list of artists. Could you post that link? I would like to see if it is more informative, the the vague list I found.
